There are also special characters that will help you along your way in the Local Characters section and you can upgrade several different aspects of your shop, such as your potion maker, spy equipment, and warehouse. For example there is a Big Lazy Baby who’ll sit in front of your competition’s door so customers can’t get in, there is a Sandwich Board Gnome who will stand in town to help advertise your shop, and even a Magic Flying Carpet that will wisk customers from your competition’s door to yours. Now, marketing gets really funny, as there are different goons that you can hire to help drive the competition out of business - but you have to be careful, as these guys and gals get expensive. Once you’re fully stocked, you need to set your price according to the chance of that particular curse, and then you can move on to marketing. From there, you’ll move to your supplies and gather up what you need for the day. Start off by checking the news and weather, where you’ll find out what type of curses you’ll have for the day and the chance of each one. In FGT, you will have a big selection of items to keep you busy. Everyone will love the great twist on your old favorite fairy tales that you will find in Fairy Godmother Tycoon. When it comes to tycoon games, this one has a completely unique story line, so I have to give it a 5 out of 5. But don’t worry, there are several things to help you out. In each different area of the map, you will have to rebuild Fairy Godmother’s potion shop back up to it’s former glory by driving the competition out of that fairy tale city and raising your net worth. You will get to choose from several different avatars to play, and then you’ll get a crash course in the business from another fairy. You are a young fairy in the Fairy Godmother’s army who has been chosen to help her rebuild her potion empire against the competition.

So, here is my expert gamer review of Fairy Godmother Tycoon from Big Fish Games. Fairy Godmother Tycoon is by far one of the funnest that I’ve come across so far, and one of the most challenging. But, I personally love any of the “ tycoon games” so when I saw this one, I had to try it out. Ever just wondered what it would be like to run a potion business? No, well, me either.
